Our premium lamb meat is air flown from the best farms in Australian, New Zealand and Mongolia and is freshly masterfully sliced just before serving giving each masterful cut a luxurious and buttery tenderness. Served with distinct ultra-flavorful broths in a variety of flavours from spicy to herbal and mild, enjoy the hotpot with variety of farm-fresh ingredients and home-made sauces.
